If you haven't heard the story yet, Google his calsign and read up a bit.
His license is up for renewal in October of 2005, and many operators feel he should be denied renewal. Can't say I disagree.
W7DXX, Keith Lamonica, has even started a petition towards that end:

The site even includes MP3's of K1MAN and others trying to reason with him.
