That's M$ Chairman Bill Gate$ on the left, and RealNetworks Chairman and CEO Rob Glaser on the right. Those two have been battling each other in court for years. You may remember RealNetworks being one of the largest complainants in Janet Reno's big Anti-Trust case against M$ years ago.
The picture was taken as Micro$oft announced the partnership between themselves and RealNetworks to work together on digital media technologies. The plan is to help them both compete against Apple Computers' Ipod and Itunes service.
Competition is good for us. Glad these two could bury the hatchet.
