• Microsoft Anti-Spyware Beta (works on all Windows except 95, 98, and 98SE): www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
  Can even erase cookies and temp internet files as part of it's normal use - save yourself a step.
  
  
• PestPatrol Corporate Edition (for Windows 95, 98, 98SE users): download.pestpatrol.com/downloads/corporate/setuppestpatrolcorporate.exe
  (In My Opinion, works better than Ad-Aware SE)

• Google Toolbar - allows quick access to a Google search without having to first open their page - blocks popup ads also!: toolbar.google.com/
